Appointed Culinary Director of Xenia Greek Hospitality, overseeing Krasi, guiding the expansion of fast-casual brand Greco, and developing new concepts for Bar Vlaha and Kaia.

Led the culinary program at Gibbet Hill Grill, continuing its legacy as one of New England’s top farm-to-table destinations. During COVID-19, helped the restaurant successfully pivot to curbside pickup and transformed the wedding event space into a seasonal outdoor BBQ pop-up, keeping the team working and guests engaged.
